If NBA players had too much time on their hands before the lockout, just think of all the trouble they are going to get in now.
Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kendrick Perkins is already proving this notion to be true.
Perkins has been charged by authorities with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and public intoxication after an altercation early Saturday morning in South Texas.
Officers arrived outside The Ticket night club just after 2 a.m. (shocker) and received complaints of fights and pepper spray inside.
Perkins was arrested and taken to Jefferson County jail where he was later released after posting $150 bond.
Memo to NBAers: go play overseas or stay down.
